Returns & Refunds policy

Full Refund within 24 hours of purchase for:
Live workshops, classes or other events that are in person or virtual.
50% Refund within 2 weeks of start date
No refund within 1 week of start date
No cash refunds

Credit of the remaining balance may be issued towards the value of a
future equivalent workshop, class, session with an expiry date of no later
than one year from refund date
There are no cash refunds

Conditions for refund:

If goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
