Essential oils have been one of my top health and self care solutions for almost forty years. I've used them for healing, cleaning, raising children and pets. I've used them for intimacy and meditation. I don't leave home with out them, especially for travel.

Essential Oil Blend for Women

Essential oils are one of my favourite natural remedies for women's health concerns. One effective blend for promoting overall well-being includes lavender, clary sage, and geranium essential oils.
To prepare:
combine 10 drops of lavender oil
5 drops of clary sage oil
5 drops of geranium oil in a dark glass bottle.
The best way to apply this blend is by diluting it with a carrier oil, such as almond or coconut oil, and massaging it onto the skin. Apply this blend to the lower abdomen and lower back area. Or for a spritzer add the blend to a spritzer bottle filled with distilled water. Mist your face or spray above your head to let it fall gently around you, literally clearing the air and your mind.
Applying it in the morning and evening can provide optimal benefits. This essential oil blend can help to alleviate menstrual cramps, balance hormones, and reduce stress and anxiety.
It's important to note that essential oils should always be used with caution and it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before using them for specific health concerns.
